If this is the case with the gift you've selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers of equal or higher value.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can try to solve the issue. Depending on the occasion we can re deliver your order, offer you a partial or full refund. In case of non delivery (after 2 days of desired delivery date) we will issue a  full refund to your credit or debit card (also paypal account).
